 Sales are not about the quality or quantity; I am not saying you should not care about the quality. Of course, you should. But according to the scientific survey held by Oxford University,
Sales are 90% conviction and 10% communication of your conviction.


 ‘90% conviction and 10% communication of your conviction’ what does that mean?

 Folk’s sales are all about transfer of your enthusiasm.

How much you, spiritually, emotionally, mentally, wholly and completely connected with your product. When you get realized the importance of your product, you will have the emotions and feel about your product. Many people come to us and want to get training about

"How we can grow our business through communication".

Simple thing is that you have to know everything about your product so same word “Conviction" is everything in your sales and business.

 When you realize your product, when you get to know how much important and qualitative your product is, you got enthusiasm and energy that give you believe that your product is really giving benefits to your customer. So, your soul will connect to your product, and every word that you will utter, will not go without of great impression on your customer.

There are four levels of communication

1) Spiritual Level

2) Intellectual Level

3) Mental Level

4) Physical Level

Are you physically aware what are you saying or other person hearing to you?

This is physical level. Mental Level is?

 Are you mentally aware what is going on?

Do you know other people have enough mental level that he can understand you and your language?

Intellectual Level is touching your customer analytical abilities and intelligence. But, most important is Spiritual Level. There is a level of realization that is the spiritual level. It is not about information, it is about transformation.

So, what exactly are sales, it is all about transformation, not information. He will get involved, not informed when you will be enthusiastically high your body, tone, the behavior will take part in all the communication that you are having.

 He will get inspired not with your information, he will get in touch how you giving the information, he will get to know, how much you are connected to that thing. He will get to know the importance of the product, as you are telling him with so much energy. So, what we learn from all the conversation is information does not have such importance as enthusiasm has. So, that is the key point to grow your business and to increase your sales day by day.
My second golden tip is,
The better way of communication

‘Connect with your customer's problems and goals.’

 It will help you, it will definitely help you, sir, I am telling and forcing you that this is going to help you. In sales and in business, you should have great grip on your senses. There are two things; you will find two types of persons. For first types of persons, you have to solve their problems. Have to know what happened with them behind the scene. Have to touch with their emotions and have to feel them.

There is the second type of persons, they do not like to share their emotions when you will try to solve their problem by seeing their faces, or feeling from your senses. They will not be ready to tell you any problem, so this kind of persons you have to know their goals. Either you have to solve what happened behind the scene or you have to help them to achieve their goals.

So, our second key tip is either you solve the problem, or help him to achieve his goal, or sometimes both. Become the gap partner that is the only thing you can increase your business, sir. When you will start giving him the product, no one want to buy a product, no one want to listen what the shit are you saying, he does not have an interest in your benefit. Everyone has importance for his own benefit. So, what are you going to give, give him benefit by solving or achieving his goal?
The third key point I want to mention, have you ever heard the word

 "Law of increasing return".
Read the law and make your own law

If not then read more carefully, when you give more than what you get, soon you get more than what you gave. Read it once more Sir, When you give more than what you get, soon you get more than what you gave. Go beyond your comfort zone; don't expect what you are giving someone. If you trying to get what you give, this is not relationship this is a simple wheat business. You know what your success is. You really want to know sir; your success is your customer success. If your customer is benefiting what you are doing, he will become the part of your life. This is called the law of increasing return. Hope you get all three points; just start benefiting your customer, your sales will start boosting day by day.
