I will ask 3 questions and if you can answer those 3 questions without lying to yourselves then yes you have the right to protest against the social outlaws so much considered as the law keepers.
Today, our biggest concern is the government related people sitting at the administrative tables waiting for us to approach them and as soon as we do, they pounce on us. But why this is happening?
We curse the government servants for being dishonest and wish almost every day that they die a horrible death. Although some people deserve that reputation but not everyone is entitled to that corrupted title.
As worth mentioning, we people are hypocrites. What we do is fair and justified but a punishable offense when done by someone else. We want to be part of a good, civilized society yet when it comes to the maintenance part, we back down. Why? Because we are hypocrites. That is the most logical and true to word explanation for any of us.
I will ask 3 questions and if you can answer those 3 questions without lying to yourselves then yes you have the right to protest against the social outlaws so much considered as the law keepers.
So, the first question is that- Do you pay your taxes clearly, without making any loopholes?
If you do, then when anyone asks you to pay for a cup of tea in a government office with a few red Indian currencies, just report to the anti-corruption bureau. It is your right. And if you are not doing so then you are letting people like those get away with the crime of looting people on the name of the Indian government. Think about it and say that I am wrong.
The second question- Do you follow the basic rules?
Let's take the example of bike riding from which most of us are irritated.
We all complain about the police being one of the biggest corruption affected sectors of the Indian governments in most of the states but aren't we be giving them the opportunities? Despite bribing them or allowing them a chance to take advantage of us, why not follow some basic simple rules? Not wearing a helmet for style or over speeding for show off? Yes, chewing a gum while driving or painting and modifying the graphics should not be an issue as it is a way of expressing feelings but what about drinking and losing your capacity to stand but not thinking for even a moment to drive? Ask yourself that if I am wrong!
The third question- Have you ever tried helping a stranger in distress as you go?
The fact that we do not specifically deserve any help is because we do not help anyone when they need. Some people even think that giving the change to a beggar is a waste of money whereas giving it to the temple for buttering the gods is not? What logic is this, Pray tell!
There are lots of other questions but as usual, the answers are complicated and although we know them we rather not be answering them.
The world around us is like a mirror on which you will see the exact virtual image of yourself.
So the duties you are neglecting are the actions that you experience in your daily life. Earn the right to talk, then only you will have the right to complain........
